What Is Tibial Internal Rotation?

Tibial internal rotation essentially allows the teller tendon to be in a position to accept force. It also allows muscles like my vaces lateralis, which is a majorly important muscle to absorb force, to be in an eccentric position. I need all of those three below the knee happen in order to have a successful interprotation and nee flection.
