Do You Have a Career in the Plumbing Industry?
If someone wants to be a plumber for life, why do we not embrace that? We know it's a skilled occupation. In other parts of the world, they have unions. They're paid a very decent salary. Why can't we do that here? By all means, we should. Can we change it in a day? Probably not. But I do think that it's getting to a better place as we go along. Even from my generation to younger ones, there's a recognition of the amount of hard work that gets put into these roles.
