JavaScript - I Hate It

A lot of people are writing quote unquote modern JavaScript using const and arrow. I'm talking about named functions. They will do const calculate value equals and then an arrow function definition. Instead of simply using the function keyword, it drives me nuts. And we discussed it in the past, so I won't go into why I hate it. But one of my prime directives is to remain consistent with the software.
