I mean, it has to do with these whole circadian clock system and it's super, super fasting stuff. But yeah, so you could get away, someone that's more physically active like yourself, you may not want to under eat because performance is one of your metrics. And so when you underdo calories, that's just as not unhealthy as overdoing them. So for you, you might want to maybe have more dietary fat or have more carbohydrates around exercise. Because we're using these fuels, carbs are not always bad. When I lift weights, for example, I like to have like, dried avocados, not avocado, apricots, mangoes.
