This is one of those situations where you wonder, okay, is this span really being spanned most efficiently with this cable stay structure as opposed to I don't know have a deeper concrete garter. You can take this to its logical extreme. This is the Bolt Bridge in Melbourne, Australia. It has these two towers, right? But it's a simple cantilever span. The towers are just there for the aesthetic. Stupid aesthetic. Yeah. There's a very long design phase for this bike trail. We've been waiting for this thing for about six years now. And it's costing like 50, 60 million dollars,. some crazy, gross amount of money.
