Steve Bannon Is a Senior Advisor to the President of the United States

Bannon is protected by executive privilege, which protects senior advisors to the President of the United States. If Congress could haul every senior advisor to the President down and force him to testify under oath, the President wouldn't get candid and real advice. And so Steve Bannon, in refusing to comply with Congress, was doing his job. When Eric Holder defied Congress, he was just covering his own ass. He was not protecting executive privilege. It has been asserted, I believe, by every President since George Washington, Republicans and Democrats.
