Jason: Stress is so impactful. It's real. And the hormonal response you get from stress, whether your relationship is ending or you have stress at work and you're anxiously thinking about that upcoming ultra marathon are very similar. So I wasn't running very much. But now I actually have more space in my life and I'm starting to get back into it. We've become better runners. And maybe better human beings.
