Is There a Flexibility in Mentoring?
Mentors are not just experts in their fields, but mentors that have operation or experience that can be generalized across all verticals. There's always some operation of insight from having grown a company from, say, one person to like, a hundred people and dow from no zero dollars to a billion dollars. But we still come in as tangent, and those mentors get involved, and mentors that didn't demploy capital don't have to get involved. So this is what i mean by a the flexibility of a to where, you know, everybody's involvement in every deal can be done on a case by case basis.
