There's a famous series of will, feral commercials that anybody could Google on YouTube. They're called device free dinner. The first one absolutely we've been talking about is psychological. We compare our directors cut life with everybody else's greatest hits. So psychologically you're always inferior. Second one is productivity. There's reports to say this 31% of our time on our phones is bookmark prioritizing and switching the devices are need to be turned into pull devices, not push devices. And third one I'll say is physical: If you expose your brain to bright screens within two hours, it does not produce enough melatonin overnight for giving you a deep restful sleep.
