How can we educate people to feel the right kind of anger and seal it off? One of this that i suggestd in the last chapter of my book is to offer some anger management techniques. There are movements that have been very strategic about training, about affective and also physical trainings. If you're angry by oneself, there's a lot of things that one can do that can be very destructive.
