The Chief Problem of Police Unions

Police unions are supposed to act in the interest of workers, but a lot of times, because of the kind of people who become police officers, acting against general society. Many police union contracts began requiring departments to arace officer disciplinary records after a set period of time. That's literally all we're asking is just that you do your job. Ye, pleas ye.
