The Importance of Vehicle-Dependant Expedition Guides
Sleeping inside the vehicle is your best choice if you have room for it. A roof tent is very, provided again, the weather is not too windy. I had a Suzuki Jimmie - what a little sweetie. It was nominally four-wheel drive but actually turned out to be like three in practice. The back seat goes forward so you're actually sleeping at an angle that doesn't cause any problems.
