The Knocking Out of Things That People Don't Like

Language philosophers tried to set constraints on what they would be able to say, and then knock out all the things that people were saying that they didn't like. The idea was to try to get some kind of rigor and scientific approach, a scientific conception of philosophy. And that's going to be the thing that becomes very much disputed now by the ordinary language philosopher.
