Every morning i wake up at five o'clock religiously. I've read one book a week for the last 16 and a half years. It's not enough to change our behavior to please someone else. We must change our true nature. You can surgically remove the stripes from a tiger and it is still a frickan tiger. Its one of the stories i've told for years that just kind of ties a bowl around this discussion. If you're negative, what spills as anger, resentment or the victim mentality. And if you study for another hour, regardless if i do or not, that's who you really are.
