The Queer NPC in Tropa

John would love to play an entire campaign as someone who talks very slow and quietly. He watched every Disney movie and just loved every villain more than any of the Prince or princesses. I like first of all, longevity, having some character that you can like really grow into. And there's also like weird stuff like subverting expectations.
