I think a takeaway from that is that's not your only option. There's friends. And then potentially you've got your boss at work. That was my first time I actually talked to. It was interesting because we kind of bonded and shared stories over that. So sometimes there's people that you talk to, you know, not expecting that you're going to get support and understanding from that can happen.
