The Future of Computing Governance
The general notion is more compute usually means more capabilities and then like well more capabilities means more responsibilities that's what I'm advocating for. Every use of computer across a certain threshold needs to be reported just like yep more responsibility as the first step. Later on you could even mandate certain audits certain eva it's like hey you're just trying this big system could be could be please have like a risk assessment before you actually deploy this to the world right? We should definitely set up and play some kind of infrastructure to eventually get the started if it's warranted in the future.
