How to Process Anger - I've Lived an Anger for Too Long
i think so many times when the anger comes up it's like pointing the finger and i think there is space to acknowledge when a rupture has occurred. I hear a lot of people really try and quickly move into um a fake form of grace because they want to either be the bigger person which is out of also ego or they want to. Knowing that that anger might take time in order to process that you're going to know when you specifically have decided okay i need to move through this anger a little but i'm still angry.
