Lady Chatterley's Love
The film is much more of a love story than a sex story and there's only two uses of the word fuck. All the sex scenes are tied into kind of Mellers mansplaining about the importance of his penis, which he calls John Thomas,. Lady Chatterley's vagina, which she called Lady Jane. Lawrence was saying that sex is a wonderful experience, but it's also quite a basic one. And so it's about the language we use about sex, rather than sex itself.
