The Competitive Advantage Is a Leverage Point
At some scale, money is a leverage point. There's no going back to this idea that somebody's going to work a monograph for the four day work week. You don't found a company to get rich because so few companies, yolike start ups, are actually going to make you rich. If you're a founder, that's what you're doing, trying to make an impact in some way. And i think it would spend a little bit of time doing research and reflection on how we do our jobs better.
