He's a bit more sinister as well. Vader is like what you see is what you get, but with Palpatine, it's kind of like he's like a cat and ready to pounce. And also he was a more prominent character in the prequel trilogy, which were all awful. So I think that makes him even more. That doesn't really, I don't think that counts for anything. He's a villain in my life as well as in the movies.
