Having a HELOC in the Bank?

With your primary, I think there's a little bit of comfort knowing like I'm sitting on a half a million dollars of equity that if I ever really need to, I can take it. When you always feel some form of broke, or at least like disciplined, or a little financially stressed in a small way, you value the money a lot more. You treat it with more respect because you don't have as much. It doesn't make logical sense where you feel that way, but who cares? That's how you're gonna see it and it's gonna cause you to have some stress.
