The Future of Election Law

The 2020 election hung by a string, but it was tattered by the end. A lot of people looked at 2022 and thought everything seemed to be working just fine. In fact, in some ways, our election system is not any stronger. The voter experience, the laws have changed in ways that make the voter experience harder. Fewer, good people want to work on elections, either on a volunteer basis or in a paid capacity.
