Was That Sinkhole Really Detailed?
The sinkhole was never filled by authorities, but the winds and snows of the harsher seasons that had followed slowly changed the landscape. Only two years after its spontaneous creation, the sinkhole was no longer recognizable as such. What's left of the strong bone road has been relatively undisturbed since 2009. There have been no distress calls, no reports of other hikers attempting to walk it.
