Do You Have a Daily Gratitude Journal?
i had always struggled with a lot of habits that i wanted to adopt, because there was choice involved in doing them. When i started meditation, i was doing it on head space, but the expectation wasn't necessarily, i'm going to do it every day. I've meditated every day for the last complet years. Iv don's gratitude journal every day for the lask on for years. But it started off with this very small, incremental goal and making it the anchor of my day. There was no will power required. And the bar was so low with what i considered acceptable, that it was very easy to build the habit around.
