The Challenge for Leaders
30% of people say that they have increased their working hours. For people, commute has become the time for an additional teams meeting or zoo meeting. More than half of the people feel that now they have to be available 100 % of the time. So i think that the whole study of what a good leader is all about will completelyl have to be redone in the next few years.
