The Benefits of Dietary Protein Distribution

The jury is still out on that it's not been as it was a theory that was very attractive when I was first went out and it's been a challenge to directly confirm it but I think there's still some merit. Common sense tells us that eating some protein at all meals is going to be more effective than eating most of your protein at dinner which is the general pattern that people follow. It's just been a little bit difficult to prove conclusively that it really makes a difference yeah.
