How to Deal With Guilt
Guilt is actually a really useful emotion. If we don't feel guilt, we aren't able to stay in check with the things we value and that matter to us. Not guilt is when we have a tendency of taking in other people's distress and disappointment as our own. We turn it into guilt in the air between us and someone else and take it in as our guilt. And so I think I still think we can do a lot more than just getting rid of guilt.
