How to Get People to Be Proactive and Engage

Terry: I think that's this one about getting people to be proactive and engage. What we try to do is just every time we have a meetup ask people if they have something they would want to share or even if they are a company would want to host a meetup. And generally companies are very open to hosting. It's more difficult to get speakers or to get people to just be get meetups. But over the last couple of years, what I've tried more is to offer some of my time to help people if they are new to presenting.
