The Red Lines Coming Up for Consultants in China

In the United States there are questions of what I call mission creep. The security concerns go right to the top and right to the Ministry of State Security. There's much, much further mission creep in China than there is in the U.S. So the red lines for investors in China are very vague. But at least the scope of action is much smaller.
