Going Big and Going Home

I like the fact that they're taking risks. I think companies, if they stick too long to what they're good at and what they know, eventually they're going to fall out of date. This is a counterbalance point. Like having a strategy that goes after big opportunities, but this is not a big opportunity. But it removes focus, right? Like the organization gets confused. Why are we building games from Netflix when we should be fixing the SaaS' creed, right? It's all part of the same problem, right?
