How to Tell a Junior Doctor How Much They Earn

The BMA, the Doctors Union said that junior doctors would be better off their members now because of the effects of inflation. We thought we'd ask two junior doctors at the different end of that pay scale and experience scale to show us their pay. The first one graduated from medical school way back in 2011. She gets paid a basic rate of roughly 28 pounds an hour. Then there are extra payments for doing night shifts, for doing weekends. These are not something you can choose as a doctor. You have to do them.
