The Role of McTs in Strength Training Performance
MCTs are a particular type of fat that encourage ketogenesis, they increase your ketone levels. They've been used in the early days in kids with epilepsy to get higher levels of ketones for seizure control. But now they're obviously used for a lot of other things just to basically increase your ketones. If you want to do that, tap some more of that insulin refuel.
