The Main Creative Force Can't Be the Boss

I don't think creative people are necessarily wired to be bosses. Creativity is almost, in its own nature, an anti authority type way of being. To be a suit or a boss, it if it's very regimented and there are rules and we must follow them. I don't see how they would ever really go hand in hand. The biggest hit on the horizon is something that has not been done before. But i think, you know, vere talking about the context of sports television, it seems really hard to get a hit.
