Building a Shed

i've been renting a space for like 12 years, and i realized the amount of money i was spending in rent. I can build a shed and have it paid off and, you know, four or five years, and then i'm golden. The complication of that is, as i was renting a space in a bigger studio, and they would hire me to do stuff because i was in their space sometimes. So now that i'm moving out of that space, someone else is going to move into it. But i'm sure there will be some gigs that i won't be getting just cause i'm not down the hall any more. That's something to think about as well. Its
