Alternative Marijuana Models

Marijuana state stores are an effective way to internalize the bad behavior and turn it into a public good. The industry relies on essentially addiction. Do I think it's a realistic alternative to the commercial model? No, because it hasn't been done anywhere here. And in our current society, it's not going to happen anytime soon.
