There's two ways to look at an election. It's either the fact that we couldn't restore power sharing means that it's something that you should do, that people died for the right to vote. And it'll be interesting to see what turnout is like because will people be exercised to go to the polls in the depths of winter and remains to be seen really? So when the party's return or government's restored after the elections could actually make the deadlock worse as it turns commitments and priorities into red lines for these parties. We don't know until people cast their votes whether they send a message to politicians or whether something wild happens, something different happens.
