I would love to stand up in front of have a town hall meeting and say, we're going to become a super innovative culture safely and soundly. Of course, I've said that about 1,000 times. It doesn't mean that anything changes in terms of the way people operate the next day. And so I think having a consistently articulated culture from the top is a necessary condition, but it's not sufficient. You need to change the rules. And you need to experiment with different incentive structures that incentivize people to behave safely andSoundly.
