What Constitutes a Trust?

In order for a trust to exist, there must also be a trustee. The trustee is the person to whom the property is transferred by the trustor or by the granter. And this is the person who manages the trust and distributes the income from the trust according to the terms of the trust instrument. Now it is possible for the truster and the trustee to be the same person.
