The Difference Between Process and Outcome

It can be really hard day-to-day to separate process from outcomes. We're always engaging in projects and there's the process that accompanies that. As with a lot of you know cognitive therapy there's the cognitive achievement and then there's the emotional impact on your life. For me the thing that has helped to fill that gap a little bit is mindfulness meditation. It helps us detach from thinking about where this is going or what will be achieved in the future but just dwell in the atelic present, he says.
