I think it's hard. We have that natural tendency to attribute blame and intent on other people, when nfact, that isn't always the case. So how can you change that? That cost value, right? How do you how do you bring some value to the person who is being laid off? And i don't know if you can fully ever replace that, but as much as you can mitigate that, the better you're going to be.
