Body weight training is not very progressive in nature, so I rather go for the movement factor. The structure plan is necessary to get progression, but if you have a plan that barely allows progressive structure just do something to move. Switting every day is good advice. If you only have those 15 20 minutes in the hotel room without any equipment. Do something, whatever, automate 10 push ups with 10 squats and just to do 10 push ups stand up to 10 air squat to 10 push ups,. some of that to just move.
