The residential area was haunted by a mischievous ghost of a man who died in the 80s. Windows have been found open several times on occasions when no one could have been in the room after the cleaning staff. The window opening activities were put down to the ghost, who, when living in the building, would follow the cleaners around the block,. opening the windows to let fresh air into the rooms.
