I think that it's okay to lean on your crutches in these types of situations. For me, like my crutch is spreadsheets. I'm a big planner. And so when it was time for me to figure out a way to exit my first marriage, I literally came up with a one year spreadsheet That had a timeline and milestones and plans that I then shared with my therapist. But hey, I knew that about myself. Like this makes me feel better. It makes me feel stronger. You can be tough, but you can also understand that, you know, you have weaknesses too.
