Three Principles for Policy in Cryptocurrency
I represent massachusetts. So i've been elbow deepen in this policy, really, since day one, a couple of years ago. And before dig into the bills, i want to start with what i think of as three guiding principles for policy in this space at the federal level. Number one should be that whatever were doing, it should strengthen the role of the us. Dollar as the world's reserve currency. Number two, we want the innovation to happen here. We want it to happen in america. Right now, too much of it is getting pushed off shore by regulation, by enforcement.
