Airline staffing is much more difficult to track than whether or not your airplane is going to arrive on time at the gate. The industry really doesn't know why a lot of people travel, and finding a good date o way to understand that would be helpful to the industry. I thinkthat there are smart minds at the air lines that are thinking about how to find those people. And i think the easiest way, and it's probably not easy, is the idea of building a loyalty programme that allows for personalization.
