The property is directly above a dumb d u m b. But not dumb like you can't speak, or that you're not intelligent. Dumb is the acranum for deep underground military base. These tunnels are filled with enormous mono rails. The vehicles that ride those monorails move faster than the speed of sound. It's how they transport train loads of airplanes, tanks, helicopters, war equipment of every kind. And moving faster than sounds en take lo cover one whole state and move from one military base to another within the state, or over the state line.
