Is There a Mental Health Crisis Among Men?

I think men are right now, weirdly, and I know there are people who disagree with this, men are being marginalized in a certain way where it's like men are not really allowed to have problems because of your privilege. In 2021, 2021 was brutal for me mentally and emotionally. My therapist was like, you don't have what we would call clinical depression, but you are experiencing depression, a type of depression. And so this podcast, this idea that I have in mind, oh, and then also this is, this is people may laugh at this.
