NPM's Post-Install for Dependencies

The big compatibility issue we have with, with bun and saw right now that we're going to address is we don't do post install for dependencies. And this is a security and a performance feature, but it's also an issue because there are real use cases for post install. Cause in yarn when it doesn't work, that's a feature and that, that's it. So I think that will be like a good compromise.
