Pamela Mason and Sandra Valade were murdered on February 3, 1964. Rina Pekat's 15-year-old son found her body in a pigsty half a mile away from the farmhouse. Police believe Edward Coolidge was responsible for both murders. The two women weren't particularly close but had been friends since childhood.
